J400E & J800E areco-extruded POE monolithic films developed by Sinopoly Materials in conjunction with the main gridless cell technology; J400E is a high transmittance type and J800E is a UV cut-off type. J400E is high permeability type and J800E is UV cut-off type. By effectively balancing the film fluidity and vulcanization curve, it can simultaneously achieve good contact between the solder tape and the fine grid after lamination (no black lines in EL), good appearance of the module (no defects such as air bubbles), and long term reliability of the module.
